Trembling noise - Exhaust bolts

My 2008 528i is making some trembling noises at low RPMs. This began to occur ever since I had a washer pump replaced at the BMW dealer.

I went back to get it fixed and they just called me with the solution:

They said the exhaust bolts have come loose and instead of bolting the pieces together they glued them?! This sounds ghetto to me and certainly not something BMW would recommend correct? Car is still under warranty.

Any thoughts?

Thanks

pretty common issue for whatever reason where the bolts that hold the exhaust support bracket which bolts to the back of the transmission "disappear". If you look at the bracket you can usually see marred areas where at one time bolts were...and now there not...why...idk? I put new ones in and put some blue loctite on them...as for them glueing the bracket itself on...yea idk there?
