i dont want to potentially ruin the case by posting it publicly on a forum. id rather do it privately with someone that can help me. Once i talk to a lawyer i will be posting the video everywhere i possibly can so i can show people exactly who is in charge of whether you have freedom or not.

Speaking pragmatically, however, and from a strict non-legal advice standpoint, you should strongly consider deleting this post. Cease future broadcasts with strangers on public forums. Obviously, do not post the video on Youtube, etc. There are millions of attorneys in New York who are desperate for work. You shouldn't have too much difficulty finding one.

In the meantime, don't shoot yourself in the foot by blabbing unnecessarily on a public website. Your future attorney certainly would not appreciate it.

+1... I'm no lawyer but I would absolutely take this offline until my lawyer instructed me otherwise. Posting this here just doesn't make a lot of sense until advised to do so.
