Brace Face No More!!! 5 Years Later!!!

I just got my braces off today and it's the best feeling ever! I've had them on for 5 years now, so its about time!

It's bad enough that I'm Asian and I look really young, but having braces made me look even younger. I finally look somewhat my age

Anyone else here have or had braces?

I hated having braces. I was so excited to get my braces taken off. It was like the happiest day of my life lol. Then two weeks later I went overseas for a month. It was nice not having all that metal in my mouth when I was on vacation. This was about 7 years ago now.

Congrats. Nice smile. I remember the day I got mine off, like 12yrs ago.. I sorta missed them in some way - weird, I know. But, I felt like a million bucks and smiled A LOT!

I had them for 3 years and didn't like the way they turned out, so I had them put back on for another 2 years. I'm just glad it's over with.

Wow, 5 years is a long time. Never needed braces before but can't imagine it being comfortable having all that metal in your mouth. Congrats, looks good!

Looks like you lost some weight during that time. I actually gained weight while I had braces on. Weird.

I actually liked braces, I had it on for 5 years, so it was a big part of my personality. The only downfall was guys didn't want to approach me because I looked like jail bait.
