Subie by far. The Subie tail lights look way better.

The Toyota has terrible altezza tail lights.

A look at the Subie rear:

Way better looking than the Toyota. If they come out with a turbo version, that could be a very fun little car. Even 200hp at 2500lbs wouldn't be underpowered.

Infinitely more promising aesthetically speaking compared to the Toyo/Scion mess. Despite how either of these look, I still don't see the looks being the primary selling factor; anxious to hear how it drives/sounds. Subie boxer engines ftw.

Imagine a simple tune that upped the boost. If they make a stock figure around ~200bhp then I can't imagine 275bhp being out of reach. That kind of power in something that barely weighs more than a single ton would be all kinds of fun.

This has great potential written all over it.

Everything from the toyota front says its going to be neutered.

I'm praying this will be a homerun for Subi. But then again it can't be near the WRX or STI. e can hope though???

I'm liking the BRZ better. I saw a rumor that an STI version could push 300hp, turbocharged. I'd be very tempted to trade in my 335.

If price and reliability make sense I may get BRZ STI new over a Gen2 Cayman S and save myself some dough. Though it's hard to beat that mid engine setup

I like the Toyota better, mainly because I hate spoilers. The Toyota profile reminds me of the original 240Z.
