Ever since I started driving, I have driven BMW s all the way. The most fun cars to drive . All-though in between I've had a Mercedes, but I wasn't happy with the way it feels, so I have to part it after couple of months.
Today, I spoke to a ford dealer about the new 2013 ford Shelby GT500 and I ordered one. I know FORD ("Found On the Road Dead") is not a fun car to drive , but 2013 Shelby GT500 seems promising. I can't afford to maintain two cars , so I'm parting with my BMW E92 335 ( sad and emotional eh? ) I had fun on this site, great community, entertaining ,good suggestions and quick responses. Hopefully I will get a BMW and revisit this site in the future. I'm sure I'm going to get a stick for mentioning about FORD here and I expect that  Last edited by yogi4; 03-15-2012 at 05:19 PM.. |

Ford has made amazing strides the past few years and are putting out quality cars at many levels of the market.

It's an amazing car with amazing numbers but...
...it is a car for a different type of customer and one that values different things. Another member had a '12 GT500 and loved the power and rawness of the vehicle but couldn't put up with the ford built quality, interior finish and overall class of the vehicle. I think a lot of people that make the trade eventually feel the same way. BTW... 30 minutes is way too long for raginclue to jump in this thread on mustangs... lol

I used to work in the parts department at ford, had alot of issues with them. I'm not with them anymore so hopefully there better, but no worries because they warranty everything...lol
