What an idiot!!! When a cop tells you to stop, you stop. But I think that cop was putting up a bit of an act at the end, definitely not Oscar worthy but it does look fake!!!

Just because he drives a Ferrari doesn't put him above everyone else. Did he really think by just driving away the cop would magically stop writing him the ticket and let him go on about his day?!?!

Those scratches on the car at the end of the clip as a result of the cop dragging him out ended up costing him more than the ticket!!! Let alone the embarrassment of now being on youtube, spending a few hours in jail & facing criminal charges.

I would have taken the $30 ticket, apologized and been on my way... but that's just me!!! To each their own I guess

The perspective most people have or lack thereof makes me wonder where they put their brains in. Most likely the owner of the Ferrari dropped his on the ditch where the cops slammed him on.

of course everyone on here is saying its the ferrari guys fault lol. what else would i expect. like someone said above me, the cop already had his plate and would mail the parking ticket. in fast paced city like new york who has time to wait for a parking officer to issue a parking ticket? then the cop strategically positions himself right in front of the car next to the wheel and put himself in that position. the cop could have just moved aside and let the ferrari go. nah. not ok.

Haha $30 ticket! Have you been to NYC? A parking ticket is $155 below 96th St (he is the Village somewhere). But other than that, I agree. Douchy guy made a very stupid move.

This is an obvious case of a wealthy young person's arrogance. Obviously this beanpole (he needs to get his ass to the gym and start pumping some iron), thought that:

1. He is rich a drives a Ferrari so he is above having to pay for parking

2. He is above the law

Hopefully he will learn his lesson, but my guess is it will take him a few such incidences.

Alternatively, his family is very wealthy, is very connected, and the cop will ultimately be in deeper shit than the punk. Just the way it is.

Douche in the Ferrari and $600 sneakers was dead wrong. The assault charge will be dropped and/or plead down but this ultimately cost him a helluva lot more than the initial ticket. Particularly those dings/dents and scratches...Oh and the ones on the 458 Italia will be costly too.

He is going to lawyer up and basically get the cop in some serious trouble.....u guys dont understand how the rich deal with tickets like these....i have done the same with parking enforcement and they told me they will mail it to me which i then paid
