but later on, the civilian who kicks the crap outta him throws his jacket @ the security glass and it hangs on it

i think the robber is scumm, but what the guy did was way WAY WAY out of line legally, and morally even kicking a robber when hes on the ground curled up is pretty fucked up; and the shop owner just because it occured on her property, not to mention handing the guy a mop to beat him with
