Sell drugs, scams on interweb, become a prosty.

j/k see if you have any family or friend connections. at 17 I think I was a busboy at a really nice restaurant. The tips alone were great money.

i have money saved up but that will be gone in less than 3 months with car payments and insurance but valet cars could be a good idea.

sorry had to...How about Costco? They pay pretty well there last time I heard and you could probably get some pretty sweet discounts on Auto Insurance and Tires!

Landscape construction/installation. Open the phone book and start calling. Lots of turnover in those companies (hard work). Retaining walls, driveways, new lawns/planting beds. Enjoy working outside while you're young. It's also a good experience to work with men in their 30's and 40's who do the same thing as you - great learning experience (stay in school).

Just make sure you do not show up in work in a 335I most of these people have cars and trucks held together with ducktap.

You realize he's 17? Most Valet places will not employ someone under 21 (I've done this), same with construction, and definitely a nightclub/bar. How can you work at a nightclub/bar when you aren't even old enough to get in.

There's a world of difference between 17 and 18. That's why I said "old enough to get in."

Basically everywhere in S.FL is 21+ to get in but you can work there at 18.
For a 17yr old, seems like restaurants and retail is the majority of the work.
