Pictures from my recent PNW roadtrip
Just wanted to share some pics from a road trip i took recently. Started from home in San Francisco, and ultimately reached Seattle by way of Portland, as well as several other stops along the way to camp each night.
it was a 7 day trip, so i've got a ton of pics, so i'll be posting them in groups 1. Somewhere along CA-1 2. Paul Bunyan (he speaks with people, waves, and even winks!) 3. Smith river, literally steps from our campsite 4. Playing with rocks on the river 5. rickety bridge over the river 6. Smith River 7. Giant Redwoods 8. Settling in for night 1 9. Next morning, eggs waiting their turn 10. Sun rising behind the redwoods 11. Nice bench on one of the short hiking trails 12. Random dinosaur somewhere along the Oregon Coast 13. Some big rock on the Oregon Coast 14. Of course we decided to stop and climb it, and here's the view from the top more to come if there's any interest in the thread

Looks like fun. Post them up!
Road tripped from SanDiego to Ferndale CA and back down to San Francisco a couple of years ago. Loved the lost coast and Humbolt Redwoods.

Honestly the only thing I look forward to somedays is camping and waking up to a sunrise like that. It's just the most peaceful thing.

UNREAL, op!
Gawd, humans pollute this world. You really don't realize it until you just get out there and see everything in its "Raw" form. Amazing pictures. Thanks for the post. |
