Id say gym or basketball for me. A good session of hoop therapy is heaven on earth for me.

I had a nice day in the middle of my stressful mess, I got to spend a day alone at my cabin in Tahoe, I took four of my guns to a 'shooting range' and went through about 400 rounds. |

A good workout.. even if its not a long one (somewhere around the 30 min mark) is great. I also write when I'm stressed. But what I need on paper or into the phone and it usually feels like I've taken a load off the shoulders. It also keeps you organized and from forgetting vital things that may lead to more stress later

um...take naked pics and put them on the internet?!
kidding! (laughing helps) Something physical definitely helps. Gym, run, bike, punching bag. I like to cook, it relaxes me. Drinking works with friends, not alone. Lastly, some down time can also help. Take a long bath, watch a funny movie, take a nap. |
