Was re-watching Top Gear and saw something weird.
I was watching some Top Gear videos while waiting for the new season to start in the next few weeks and I happened to notice something weird in their Vietnam special. @6:25 in the video, in the top right corner, wtf is that? It's moving fast.

There are so many video out there that show this kind of thing. I think the experts have conclude they are insects flying in front of lens which makes them appear they are flying at a high rate of speed when in reality they are closer to the lens but appear in the back ground giving the allusion of speed. There was a whole show on this subject and all the Alien nuts or conspiracy theory people things it was some sort of high tech device our government was using to watch over us.

It's quite clearly a bug.
Human nature is funny in that people tend to go straight to aliens and then have to be explained aaaaalllllllllll the way back to an insect. It's like hearing a thump in your house... you go straight to serial murderer rather than a pipe expanding. I'm guilty of it as well but it's just something funny in our nature.
