Flooding in Montreal

Things like this seem to happen in Montreal. This city is just broken, but I still love it. Supposedly some water main broke beside the reservoir and there is a 3x4 block section that it flooded pretty severely.

I'd love to head up there for a vacation sometime...personally would love to do a winter trip between Ottawa, Montreal, and Quebec City, but with coaching two hockey teams, the schedule would never allow for it.

OMG! That's horrible!
How is the Metro?
It's truly one of the most amazing cities I've ever been to.
Not only are the people amazing but so is the culture and the food.
And if you ar a single guy =)
What were the numbers last year? almost 2.5 girls for every guy?
the only place that has more aggressive women is Colombia!

explain to me how water flood from the top of the road to the bottom, i did not realize that Montreal was below sea level or there were some high mountain in the area that run off was coming from.

It kind of looks like a huge water main broke at a top of a street and the water is just rushing down the street.
