Need help with buying a salvage vehicle...

I am auctioning a bike at this place and it has a salvage title. It's located in West VA, i live in VA. can i just buy it, bring it back here, repair it and then insure it? or does local DMV want something extra since the bike has a salvage title?

Riders? help me.

NVM, i just called DMV. Was put on hold for an hour. thanks for all the help guys, esp. the ones that rushed to help me out.
