I doubt they'd put a turbo on an M. All the fanboys that say the 335i is inferior because M's all have highrevving NA motors would have to go somewhere. And that's not hardly masked enough for an unreleased videos. It looks more like a current M5 with a bodykit and a bigger intercooler. They do make intercoolers for superchargers, you know.

BMW has been quoted a bunch of times stating how an M engine will never have forced induction.

The M division will always strive for lightweight, high revving NA engines, with 50/50 wight and 1:100 Liter/HP ratio... so I guess this is just the 4.4 tt that's gonna replace the 4.8 in the 5, 6, 7, and X5

I doubt it because it was stated way back when the M3 was still unclear of its true specs that a tt engine would not be likely as the head engineer for the M division highly disfavored non-NA engines.
