Do You Take Hi-Speed Internet for Granted?

I never realized how dependent I am on the internet until I didnt have it at home for a few hours. The only thing that saved me was being able to do most of the things I do on the internet with my sprint card ( But reception sucks at my house :mad: (Only at my house though)

Its just hard to Imagine that a few years back the internet practically did not exist.

Still , when loading any page takes more than a few seconds, we freak out and get pissed. WTF is wrong where my intarnetz is being so slow!!! :funny:

Have you ever tried to watch porn back in 96'? 14.4 modem...

Those were the days, i remember it clearly now, i just got my computer, i was in 7th grade...came home and found some porn sites, even like a 10 second clip, takes hours to load...those were the days...

dude try going without it for 2 weeks...I almost lost my mf'n mind....I kept thinking..."what did ppl write on my wall?" (facebook) or..."I wonder what ppl have posted on e90post....i bet there's some bad ass car and I'm missing it" after you pass withdrawal u move on with life....but the second u bet it back it starts all over again..the best part was going through like 4 pages of new pics

We dont even have fast internet. The rest of the world that have highly developed areas like us have much better internet.

The companies here in America are too cheap to upgrade. For instance now Fios is being advertised as so fast! In my area it is only 10mbps faster than my cable.

Its ridiculous also how we have to pay extra to use a service that helps them by not using as much power from their systems.
