f10 rims on an e60 xi????

I'm looking for new or used rims for my 2008 535xi. I've been reading into posts and see that it comes with 43mm offset rims. I've been looking for rims within that range and I really like the 3 Series F30 2012-UP 17" Star Spoke 393 Wheels. They are 37mm offset. Would these work with my 5 series xi? This is an example of what I'm looking at http://www.ebay.com/itm/161076538562...S:1123&vxp=mtr

I am also looking at a set of these. http://www.bmwstylewheels.com/bmw/256
They were on a 128i and the offset seems to be a little bigger, but will that really matter? How noticeable is a 4mm offset??? I'm also concerned about the difference between 17x7.5 (my stock size) and disadvantages if any going to 17x7.

Thanks!
