Very old pic, there are a bunch like this.

In my eyes this will make people especially kids not care even more. They see the fancy car and I bet some are willing to take the risk of getting caught to get that enjoyment even for a short time.

Just seems like cops being cocky. Because this whole war on drugs thing is a joke.
