Wow, the vette bumped the Porsche, then passed and tried to cut in front of the Porsche. MISTAKE!!! He cut over too hard and lost control. Least that is what I see. If the Vette stayed on the inside he would have won the race.

Shouldn't have been, the porsche had position the whole time and it was the vette bumping and stuff.

yeah, for me personally it was one of the best 10 minutes of racing AND finish I've watched in my life.

REALLY want to see the pit fight though.....

It was the vette bumping the porsche, kinda saying "get outa the way". LOL But then the vette passed the porshe on the inside and cut to the right, losing control IN FRONT of the porsche. Amazing that the porsche missed hitting the vette.

How could the porsche of had "position the whole time" when the Vette wiped out IN FRONT of the Porsche?

Edit: Actually, looking at it again it appears that the Porsche did the Pit maneouver on the Vette, that's pretty low.

Agreed. The C6.R has owned the class before and since then anyway and thoroughly trounced the competition including the Pcar this season. It was only one race. The ALMS Corvette has taken way more checkered in the series history.

Slamming into the Porsche in the last turn because you know its over and you just can't accept it (not to mention having run off into the pit-out and being flagged for it earlier) is just classless and unprofessional. That said, literally trying to kill the guy by pitting him into the wall at those speeds is no way to respond. Both guys were out of control (but the racing was sublime)...
