Good news for California Handgun owners!

I saw this news article today, regarding the Federal Appeals Court's new decisions, on California's current handgun permit issuing policy. Could this mean that California may eventually become a ''shall issue'' state? http://news.yahoo.com/court-tosses-c...200220826.html

Knowing them, no. They'll come up with some other crazy way of limiting the rights. Or just flat out not process the requests.

That is probably the most likely thing. They will claim "backlog" and not do anything for as long as they can.

Glad to hear that things are at least attempting to move in the right direction!
