sometimes, an excellent tactic i normally enforce: hold the shit for 15 minutes after u first feel it budge. then, when its just slipping out, run to the toilet, and slamm'er down! it takes less than 20 seconds to shit. then do a quick wipe, jump in the shower, soap my ass (cause if not, it starts to itch, its just a habit. ever since i was like 5, mom always told me, shower right after you shit!) jump out, wipe down, and put back on your clothing.

this way, your not only refreshed, you feel clean and good

always works for me. but wen i know ive got constipation, i take some paraphernalia to roll/smoke a blunt. lol, i still shower after though.
