In practice, the dealer denies your claim and then it’s up to you to lawyer up and take it from there.

I just want to know if they ran it in the wrong gear like IND did. I don't see them talking about any sort of correction foe the fact that IND ran it in 5th gear instead of 6th (which is 1:1) and typically speaking because of torque multiplication a dynojet type (roller dyno) will be inaccurate. Here's the transmission gear ratios for those that are curios.
