I’m not sure about the F90, but on the G90/G99 the front rotors are 10mm bigger with ceramics (16.1” for steel and 16.5” for CCB). I believe the rears rotors and calipers are the same size. The calipers are probably identical other than different seals to handle higher temperatures.

CCB are nice to have but not essential
I had multiple cars with CCB including Porsche GT cars , Audi , MB and BMW
BMW CCB are the most impressive overall
I would have predicted Porsche will be the best
I am splitting hair as they are all great

At that point a lot of people replace ceramics with steel purely for cost. The second/third owner doesn’t want to pay those costs.

My strategy is to never own a vehicle when the ceramic brakes wear out so it is not a problem
