Ding.
the streaming service sucks. Movies I've either seen, don't care to see or would like to watch a series(rescue me) but dont have the time. Plus the streaming service was ass backwards connected to physical DVD rentals. Netflix would put me on "long wait" for new release DVD's. I'd then check my dad's account and he could "get it now". I called to see what's up and the rep told me that I was considered a high user thus I get longer waits to give preference to average use customers. I was then told if I watch more stream service my wait times on DVD's would go down. I then told the guys maybe if the selection wasn't garbage I'd use it more. I'll drop the streaming and see if they add newer movies and shows. I'll keep the DVD service for now. Maybe I'll swap between the 2 if the online service gets better.

Well, I kind of expected this. Netflix is so great nobody buys DVD's any more, so the studios have to charge Netflix more since now we have 1000 people sharing the same disk. I just wish everything was available streaming.
I'll bet the surviving video stores are breathing a little sigh of relief. |
