EMB///M3 name change perhaps? Nice car. Those things have fantastic presence on the road.

Hey my man you mind PMing me some details on this thing. MSRP, monthly payment, buy/lease etc etc. I am in the market for a new car in approx. 6 months when my cts-v goes back. This is the exact setup I want, give me your impressions etc etc if you don't mind.

Well compared to the LS9 the ZR1 had, the C7 Z06 uses a 1.7l supercharger that sping 5000 rpms than the C6 ZR1 2.3l supercharger.
The ZL1 and 2nd Gen CTS-V use the 1.9l that spins maybe 2k more than the 2.3l. That would have been the size used but they needed something that would fit under the hood and they wouldn't need to re-work it. The C7 Z06 has been having issues with it overheated and pulling timing which causes it to loose a lot of power and going into limp mode. Its very well documented on many Vettes sites. 1.9l or bigger is what should have been on the car from the start. They formed the 1.7l to fit into the C7 when they just needed to make the hood a bit bigger to fit a 1.9l in there. |

I have a buddy who owns a 15' Stingray and it's a beast.
Can't imagine how much more it would be with 650HP+650LBTQ. Whole different level of shitting your pants. |
