Focus on Sale Price-Trade= Net $$ on top of trade so it alleviates the confusion.

Technically it isn't old, because it's a Superleggera and the LP Superleggera hasn't come out. Regardless, $40k off a lambo is an excellent deal, especially since I've been shopping nationwide and haven't been able to get the SAME car for less than $230K at other dealerships.

(Its Giallo Midas [yellow] with nero interior...I made a mistake when I said Nera, cause a Nera edition printout was by my computer).

hah...you wouldnt believe how many people have said that to us...the ferrari is a joke compared to the SL IMHO. I've sat inside both and the alacantara/carbon fiber interior of the SL is just on another level compared to the leather in a ferrari. The exterior of the f430 is nothing special to me. That being said, I know the heritage that comes with a ferrari, and perhaps the performance is a bit better but I would even prefer a regular gallardo over the f430...and this is an SL...no brainer for me.

I like the fact that the F430 only gets its performance from actual Ferrari parts, not parts from siblings or cousins.

The SL is a sick car, but its nothing compared to the Scuderia. I could be wrong but I don't even think Lamborghini ever supplied a SL to go head to head with the Scuderia on any show like Top Gear, Final Gear, ect. I don't blame them really
