Shiet. Why don't you bring along some resistance bands or a pull-up bar/dumbbells. I usually bring them if I go out of town, even for leisure.

Then again, I kinda go overboard with my routine adherence, I need a social life.

Went to the gym on Monday after partying for 5 days in FL which included drinking Guinness for 12 1/2 hours straight of St. Paddy's. Talk about almost puking after cardio! I figured I took in over 6000 calories that day. Gotta love that beautiful drink. No hangover the next day. Mother's milk.
