No doubt this Accord would be an excellent daily. The technology is amazing and interior is near perfect too. The exterior is average. Overall an OK car for a family sedan ...I was not really expecting to be amazed

Exterior styling is horrendous imo. Ugly and overstyled. Cant the Japanese just copy some Alfa designs - nice clean lines or at least look at Mazda.

Interior looks to be done well except for the buttons to select gears. Why must you do something gimmicky like this just have a normal shifter like ppl are used to!

What the fuck is this? Looks like garbage. I've leased my housekeeper an Accord every other year since '06 and they have all been excellent. Too bad the current one will be the last. This one is so ugly that I'd feel bad getting it for her.

I think they did a great job on the interior... but the exterior is essentially wtf status. A perfect looking sedan is now a crossover wagon that uses late 2000s styling of Hyundai.

The only new car that I have ever bought was a 2010 Honda Accord EXL V-6 coupe....excellent car so far, only have 16000 miles on it so far, not the interior quality of my M3, but it was 1/3 of the cost. No more coupe as of 2018! So, my last Accord!

The 2018 Honda Accord has gone into production at the company's plant in Marysville, Ohio.

Thanks to an investment of $267 (€223) million, the plant has been equipped with a new welding department which is now home to 342 robots. Honda also invested in new production techniques including a laser brazing process for the roof and the use of structural adhesives for improved body rigidity. Elsewhere, the plant applies an acoustic spray foam which helps to reduce road noise in the cabin.

Unveiled earlier this year, the 2018 Accord seeks to build on the success of its predecessor with a bold new design that has proved controversial. The cabin is a different story as designers used high quality materials and added a soft-touch instrument panel as well as improved seats which offer better support.

When the sedan arrives at dealerships later this year, the entry-level engine will be a turbocharged 1.5-liter four-cylinder that develops 192 hp (143 kW) and 192 lb-ft (260 Nm) of torque. A turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder will also be available and it rewards buyers with 252 hp (187 kW) and 273 lb-ft (369 Nm) of torque.

That car is simply butt freakin' ugly. What is wrong with Honda these days? I know that Accords are reliable and solid performers, but so are a lot of other cars these days. I would like my Accord to not make me want to feel depressed and sad every time I look at it. Maybe they should hire Chris Bangle to do the exterior treatments for their cars.

Exterior reminds me of an a7, the interior reminds me of a tlx.
I had an 03 coupe and an 05 coupe, both had a v6 that made 240hp i think, i was expecting a greater power bump with this gen but i guess the torque will make up for it

Also, we need a better color selection.

Finally, this car is ugly. Ass end looks like a down syndrome baby from an A7 & a Crosstour.
