Also interesting, I read a recent interview where Kubica was asked about the effect a pair of rookie drivers would have on Williams (given that they have little experience in F1). All good points. Honestly, I don't think Frank calls any shots these days. He's moved away from that role. I think I read that in an article somewhere a while back but can't seem to remember which one....

Hams engine went into slow get you home mode after a quick lap..bit more than a CEL

..as Ricciardo's engine self ignites and session is stopped for now.
*Seb has lost the Ferrari and crashed into barriers backwards, session is stopped for good.
Max is second behind Bottas,hardly surprising as the Merc has a fresh engine with matching ancillaries.

At least Bot is at the back and with the other Merc on pole Max is second. You wouldn't think that Ferrari World was this close to a track that was giving it problems, they clearly are not quite there.
