I think we are going to see a shift a fast shift soon in the auto industry with solid state battery approaching fast we are going to see a lot of models be "abandoned" quite fast, we are in an era of cars that never made it to fruition like we sometimes today go back in time and see models that never came due to some big shift in the industry i think we are at that point now, then it will calm down until the next big thing arrives.
BMW so far is doing great in the shift they are offering options to all its type of customers i think. The older ones the newer ones and some in the middle who are uncertain still. Well played BMW well played.

The BMW G90 M5 formula has stayed consistent over its many generations: it's the hottest version of the 5-series sedan, packing extra firepower and an upgraded chassis plus a meaner-looking body meant to communicate its performance potential.

Not really, no. With all of this heavy camo, the lines could be anywhere.

So I was planning on waiting till the LCI to order a new M5. I hate buying a vehicle and then it being dated with a new refresh right after I get it. I'm about 2 years in to my current vehicle (2023 Ford Raptor) and wanted to get a few more years out of the Raptor and hopefully keep it and pick up a G90 M5 to go with it. I was hoping giving it a year or two and we would see if there was a competition trim added, return of full leather etc.
But one thing I see mentioned in this thread is the panoramic display. is this for sure coming in the LCI? I don't know if I love it. I normally like tech upgrades, but I hate the look of a big iPad type screen in the middle of the dash and no instrument cluster in front of the driver. I think it looks cheesy and cheap on the Tesla Model 3. I would hope BMW could execute it better than Tesla, But I don't know if I'll love it. Is this a likely item in the LCI? So yep, being that the LCI is rumored to be in 2-3 years from now I would absolutely bet on it.

One has to bet on it being same timing as G60 with their focus on cost out. If it’s not it would only be due to runout of old parts and availability of new.
