Beats by dr dre are by far my fav. I had used quite a bit. Just two problems with them.
1. The shiny black can easily get scratched. 2. The are powered and if your like me and forget to turn them off all the time you will run through many AAA batteries. |

Picked up a pair of Beyerdynamic DT770 Pro yesterday...absolutely amazing headphones. Every bit as good as Beats but for $100 less

This is my workout/ daily use headphones. Not quite as awesome as the HDJ-2000's but they are small, compact, and comfortable. |

Thread revival eh?
Headphone setup: Denon D2000s w/ custom Jena Labs 18G cable + Furutech FP-704 plug + full MarkL mod (fiberloft, Dynamat, some other stuff), Little Dot I+ hybrid amp (for now), KECES DA-151 DAC, custom Jena Labs 18G interconnect. I 'designed' the setup around electronic/dance music. Gotta take some pics.

Not with the QC15 specifically, but my experience with Bose as a brand is you generally pay for a lot more than you get

Bose QC are good for noise canceling ... and that's it. Sound quality is awful; same applies to the rest of their headphone lineup.
I think Audio Technica makes noise canceling headphones. Cheaper than Bose and most definitely better audio quality.

i have a pair of these in clear color. they look like legit in-ear monitors that go over your ears and they come with many sizes of plugs for 20 bucks. i use them in school everyday as i wont feel bad loosing or breaking them. it sounds balanced enough but lacks a strong punch.
