Usually if that happens I would use my foot to kind of "pry it open" if there's a gap. If not, I would use my shirt to open it. In other words, I would take part of the shirt on either side of me and touch the handle with it (usually with 1 or 2 fingers to minimize contact).

you kno then you risk damage to your shirt...germs morp into bleach and ruin the threads man!

kidding

i go for the door method. thats normal. sometimes i actually reach to the top of the door and open that way. logic being there are less germs at the top of the door considering im the only goof who opens the door in the most inconvenient manner possible

^ the thing is that some people just don't care or are just too ignorant. They would take a piss and not wash their hands. Or sometimes they would take a shit and then just do a quick wash. I just don't understand how anyone can think that it's okay to practically stick their hands in water and call it done.

One hand goes and turns the faucet on and starts rinsing while the other dry hand gets the soap.

My school actually has the individual paper towels which pull down so you dont have to touch a lever. Then they have garbage pails next to the exit door. I love sanitary bathrooms. All they're missing is touch free soap dispensers.

I dont eat at restaurants that dont have garbage cans next to the exit door of the rest room. If they dont have them, they peops hands who are touching peoples shit are touching my food. No thanks.

At that point, i think you just like touching penis... Normal people have a goal in mind, the exercise itself isn't the point.
