Until I see one of the Rolex sport car series teams or American Le Mans teams running "stretched" tires, I'm not gonna. And even then I'm not gonna.

Leave the stretching in the ghetto!

I bought some avant garde m359 19x9 and 19x10... 235x35 & 265x30... No curb protection at all. I wish I would've done more research before I bought them. I like the look of the wheels but these wheels need wider tires which won't fit with the offset

Amen brother! It's unsafe and stupid. Don't do it!

Check this out:

Heard he had to pump up his tires twice on the way to the car show.

It can actually be dangerous to stretch your tires.

[QUOTE=Vegas_Sirk;11847492]No I feel ya ... Im just playing Devils Advocate ...

I have ran stretched tires on my Mini cooper, and 335i but they where within limits.

Something like that Celica above is just retarded IMO, but if it makes the owner happy then good for him.[/QUOTE?

For yoy streched tires is your set up on your mini 8.5 fronts and 9.5 rears ? And what tire specs were you running?
