i'm pretty sure you dont own a house, you don't pay all the bills (hydro, electric, house insurance, property tax, phone, mortgage, etc, etc)... once you get to that level I want to see you "living in the moment"

your bad

i do own my house and pay my bills OCDly. For God sakes, I just got a 328i, not an M3... I go to Costco, my thermostat is at 70 in winter and 75 in summer, i have only energy saving bulbs which try to keep turned off, try to make my own coffee and sandwich for lunch...

I deserve my 328...

EDIT: I use coupons... heheheh... never did till i came to the US... that and asking for a box to go at a restaurant.

Different real estate markets my friend.

My home is only slightly bigger than his at 3,350 Square Feet, and the latest appraisal was $2,475,000. Property tax is killer, but if you like to live in certain areas, you have to pay.

yeah, i actually hate mods

i think they're kind of... I like stock better

. And I do like being original and all that stuff, but don't wanna screw a million-dollar design with thousand-dollar changes... wheels, I would consider.

Well I wasn't always wealthy, I still go to Costco and buy the "cheap" shampoo because I still have my cheap-o tendencies from when I didn't have money. Just made the right decisions when investing my money, could've went either way. Maybe in another universe I post on a Honda Civic forum.

You would think so and i'm sure it all depends on the persons tax shelters and a whole lot of deductions but I don't see a lot of my taxes back. I do agree with you on the appreciation but not recently.
