Perhaps. I studied some of the bro's footage; he's in Pennsylvania. That's a two-party consent state: all parties must be notified that a conversation is being recorded. Likely that means that if the insurance company did its due diligence by stating on the phone that 'this conversation is being recorded', then he's in the clear because he can use the recording as readily as the insurance company can. If the insurance company did not do this, then he broke the law when he recorded the conversation -- not when he broadcast the recording -- unless he notified the insurance rep that he was recording.

So the guy got an identical car as the replacement through insurance with some saying he probably shouldn't have. So this car had a problem just after delivery with 50 miles on it causing the trunk to not open and draining the battery...so the car was dead at 50 miles, his second C63s AMG. The video is obviously edited yet he repeats himself three to four times for every fucking bulletpoint. This could have been a 2 minute video.

First question that comes in mind is, how old is this kid? He probably saw his whole high school fame go down the drain (pun intended) instead of realizing its just a car. That cancer quote itself tells a lot about that caracter.

I live about 2.5 hours away from hydrolock_235 and I'm sure the insurance companies in montreal are 100% the same as here. And i never had any issues with my insurance company; even with one claim of 12k in damages where 8k alone was on damaged undiclosed mods; and they even gave me the money for the mods since the dealer couldnt have access to those parts (and the appraisal guy was very generous on the repair cost vs. The actual cost, but shhhht)

I'm ashamed this guy contributes to the online reputation of french speaking canadians. We already dont have it easy and tools like that are the reason for it....

Back to the AMG, cant blame the guy for repeating himself, I would be lost for words as well if what he says happened, really happened.

Judging by facial expressions and eye/language coordination, I put my money on the fact that he's telling the truth.
