Sounds good on the driveby. As the burn out vid states "no wheel hop". With that much hp and tq, pretty cool.

A dealer here just told me the new CTS-V won't be out until the end of the year. Some bugs are getting worked out. This store charges sticker. He is calling me tomorrow with how many are on the waiting list. Word is they will be right at 70K. 556hp/551tq

Car is sick. I might consider picking one of these up after my E90 335i, but I never buy a car the first year out as I want them to work out the bugs first and let the mark ups go away.

I hear you on the first year thing. Isn't yours a first year 335? NO mark ups at the store I am talking to.
My 335 spent SO much time on the rack it was maddening. The bugs have to be motor/drive train related. If I can get in line for early 09 delivery in silver or black I am pretty sure the trigger is going to be pulled. The grill is not horrid but I am researching some options for it. Or at least have it done in black or something. A bit blingy. One bad ass semi sleeper is how I am classifying the car. And the fact I can get 4 large adults in it with luggage or golf clubs is great. MPG is no real concern when you get a monster V8 but city driving will be what? 12 or so? Too lazy to check the ZR1's for an idea. Manual would of course be 1st choice but a well done auto/paddle would be worthy of a test drive too. I WANT TO DRIVE THIS CAR!

CTS-V vs. M5 - Road and track Sounds FAST as hell, and the interior is at least as good as the Bimmer.

I haven't seen recent Acura interiors but it my be vice versa since the new interior is just a progression of the last generation CTS.
