Nah, chickens and some baby oil is more in my alley. Rosemary's chastity is safe with me.

This thread has made me very aware at how ill prepared I am for life in general. I have a plastic Wal-Mart shopping bag with nunchucks, a paperclip and chewing gum inside. One must never underestimate the abilities of ninjas with bad breathe and poor paper management skills.

I'm not saying that preparing for a zombie nucular (thanks bush) Holocaust, swede plague or Viagra shortage is stupid but I've met some of these guys. I'm pretty sure they're talking about purses.

You're always welcome. Oh that is where you are wrong sir! I'll thrust my hips in the air and throw some "Oh yeah's!" and "That's it, faster's" out there. As for asking Mr. Lups first, I realize his involvement would be necessary but is it not better to get the ball rolling first with the hand-shaker? I mean, if I get buy in from him and then rejection from the soon to be makeshift ninja, where does that leave us as a group? |

Don't really have one. All i have is my booty-call bag in the trunk - change of clothes and some toiletries. If shit hits the fan, my best bet is trying to make it home and grabbing my range bag out of the safe.

I think there was a similar thread a while back, and I couldn't see the point of a bug-out-bag. If a serious SHTF scenario were to come about, I probably wouldn't want to be around for it anyway. As much as I'd like to think I could handle my own, I'll be "super cereal" for a moment and admit I probably wouldn't stand a chance.
After reading that thread, I realized there are plenty of other situations where a go-bag makes sense. If one lives near anywhere prone to natural disasters such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, wildfires, etc, they would be ill prepared to not have some sort of go-bag to evacuate quickly. That said, I don't have one myself as a blizzard is really the only natural disaster to worry about where I live, so my preparation is to have plenty of food and water on hand if I were snowed in for a period of time.
