Usually when you read the gauge, there is oil running through the engine. So you shouldn't see it full to the max if I am correct. It'll tell you to add a quart when necessary

Nope. I believe you can even use a 5 series TC. I used http://car-part.com/ looking at local used TCs. Enter in you car info and it will show compatible cars

Yes 2006s have FTM. I dont believe there is a sensor or anything, it uses the wheel speed senor to monitor the tire rotation and that somehow recognizes if the tire is getting low in pressure.

Looks as if the seal failed on the sensor causing oil to seep through the terminal ports. So yes you need a new sensor/sensor seal...an possibly a few other items since the valve cover needs removing...

There are only 2 brake sensors on the car, Left Front, and Right Rear. The front is in a little junction box with a little trap door that flips open. The rear you've got to remove the wheel well...

The oil will sit in the engine pan when the car is off any oil on cap or in the area of the cap will drip down to the lower part of the engine. So I'd say its normal to not see any oil on the cap.
